R.E.S (Reformed East Sussex)

"If you had received the right support, would you have changed the path you had taken?

R.E.S provides innovative solutions to the problems of social exclusion, specialising in the issues faced by offenders and recovering addicts when looking for employment.

Our work is built upon – and inspired by – people using their personal – lived experience surrounding the issues of offending and substance misuse.

R.E.S is an organisation that support current and previously imprisoned adults. We work with community partners focused on intervention, prevention and reduction in offending and substance misuse. We provide support to either find employment or increase their employability.

R.E.S support clients through this process by managing expectations and showing them the benefits of being in employment, whether they be financial or other benefits.

New Leaf Housing for Women Crowdfunding Project

We hope that this project will demonstrate high degrees of success in both housing and supporting women who are chronically street homeless.

New Leaf Housing for Women plans to provide a comprehensive support package to help vulnerable homeless women in Eastbourne maintain their tenancies and move them towards living fully independently.

The “New Leaf” Project will be a recovery-oriented approach to ending homelessness that centres on quickly moving women experiencing homelessness into independent and permanent housing and then providing additional support and services as needed.
